I’ll miss the way you made me feel.
While we have argued, and fought and you’ve reprimanded me…
Underneath all the bad, you gave me strength
The strength I’ve needed to help me climb out of this
cold, dark, painful place

I’ll miss the way you made me feel
I guess this is goodbye.
My attempts aren’t welcomed…
Underneath all the bad, you had given me strength
I’ll miss the way you made me feel.

I had loved you, loved you for the way you made me feel.
Yet, it seems so easy for you to let me go.
I am sorry to have bothered you, but
Underneath all the bad, you gave me strength
I’ll miss your presence, the way you moved
and most importantly your warmth…
