A plan for Healing, Stress and Pain Management
The last year has been an eye opener. While I had an idea that I was struggling with something to have it all come up again revealing itself again has been a huge revelation and eye opener. It all makes sense – all of it is connected.
There was some good, a lot of bad and negative. Unfortunately the main issue is not going to solve itself anytime soon however, it’s taught me to take better care of myself and to say ‘no’ when it starts to affect me physically.
It’s also helped me to put a name to things and to connect those things from the beginning and to understand how those things at the beginning connected to the present.
It’s taught me to pay attention to conventional and alternative sources for healing as it aligns with my faith and beliefs.
It’s taught me to protect the things that matter most and are closest to my heart.
It’s taught me that time really does heal as in to help release anxieties and pain.
It’s taught me that sometimes it’s OK to ask for help and to back off when necessary for protection.
It’s taught me to focus on the original intent for starting something if things seem confusing or you feel lost – in this case it was my healing.
At the beginning of this new chapter in my life I visited New Paltz, NY for an Aura Reading. Surprisingly, I never had my own reading done despite my work in Kirlian photography. Little did I know at the time that my healing journey will be lead me back to there.
Through therapy I was advised to develop a stress and pain management routine. This led me to researching wellness centers of all varieties. I wanted something that was both conventional and alternative. I wanted something that had water therapy options as well as spa treatments, and the more conventional – swimming and a fitness center. As well as affordable accommodations and dining as well as memberships. My search led me to Honor’s Haven. While I may not be able to stay over every weekend, it’s definitely close enough that I could go for an evening or a Saturday. The distance itself away is also therapeutic.
It’s also coincidental that recently I was inspired to get back into automatic writing and the higher dimensional being I connected to said I should use my psychic and spiritual gifts as a hook for my creative practice and infuse the elements. Honor’s Haven uses eastern ideas and methods based on the elements.
