On this page you can learn more about the equipment the station uses to carry out these projects and what the station is in need of.
Equipment
Over the next year or two the station hopes to start its’ own coral propagation, collection of moth images, visualizing magnetic warps, and continue its’ passion for scientific-imaging. These projects come from its’ research theory that signs, symbols and glyphs contain knowledge about our universe that must be disseminated. This dissemination comes in the form of Creative Conservationism, a research-based educational curriculum that aims to teach about conservation of natural resources through art within the STEM education model.
The station has lots of equipment from photography pieces to microscopy equipment to achieve this mission, but to excel and propel its’ mission and projects the station would love to own the following items, click the image below to be taken to the amazon gift registry page:

Activities

Scientific-Imaging
Gathering scientific media can come in a variety of forms; Bher Dheigh’s is through imaging via a conventional DSLR camera or from microscopy to astrophotography. Worlds beyond ours appear in many different ways, such as the way below.
Visualizing Magnetic Warps
In ancient history glyphs were made to depict certain natural phenomena that explained universal mysteries, through an alternative view of the world knot work such as the Celtic Tree of Life explains the magnetic fields of the earth/planets. This project is an exploration of creating knot work images by visualizing magnetic warps.

Moth Observation
Can moths make music? Bher Dheigh is observing the antennae of moths and photographing their many varieties for a project that involves music and the physiology of moths.
Coral Propagation
Within Bher Dheigh’s mission to rebuild and restore coral reefs, it is taking on synthetically propagating corals in a wet lab to be transplanted to the ocean to restore coral reefs. Coral reefs are a big part of the oceanic ecosystem and home to many marine animals.

Partners
Without their generous support whether through financial or logistical means the important work above would not happen.
