Terra Vitae: The Living World in Miniature
Biodiversity and propagation are essential components of environmental sustainability, and are at the heart of the mission of Bher Dheigh Field Station. Located in the Pioneer Valley and beyond, Bher Dheigh is dedicated to providing hands-on accessibility to the environment through mobile research. Biodiversity encompasses the variety of living organisms on our planet, from individual species to entire ecosystems, while propagation involves the reproduction and cultivation of plants. Both are critical for preserving and restoring healthy ecosystems, and ultimately sustaining life on Earth. By understanding and promoting biodiversity and effective propagation techniques, we can work towards a healthy and sustainable future for ourselves and the planet.
Experience the magic of nature’s diversity and the importance of propagation through our immersive terrarium art installation. Join us in promoting a healthy and sustainable future for ourselves and the planet by celebrating and preserving biodiversity and promoting effective propagation techniques.
